30 Days of Femdom Fitness Challenge

Start the New Year off right with My 30 Days of Femdom Fitness Challenge. This challenge is meant to start your year off with healthy daily habits that will promote a healthier, better submissive. It is simple enough for anyone to follow. Every day there will be a new fitness challenge, bodyweight exercise style. Simple and starting at less than 5 minutes a day. The goal is to build on that time as you progress through the 30 days. Working on stamina and creating a habit.

On top of the daily challenge, you will also receive an extra credit assignment. This is something that will last ten days, and will require daily effort. They are in 10-day blocks.

What Will i Get From This Femdom Fitness Challenge?

Overlooking the added health bonus of daily exercise and the creation of good habits, there will be other benefits. Every 5 days that you complete the challenge (proof required, but more on that later), you will receive a gift from me. It might be a JOI recording, a video, pictures, an mp3… you will have to complete the challenge to find out!

What if i Already Workout Regularly?

If you already have a workout routine and are fairly active, you can add the daily challenges with ease. The benefits come from the knowledge that your actions have pleased me and you will receive the gifts provided you complete the challenge. The changes would be psychological, a submission to my direction.

What if i Can’t Do the Exercise You Want?

Should you see an exercise that your body is not ready to do or you have prior injury, anything along those lines, you will reach out to me immediately and I will give you a suitable replacement.
